Dr. Zach Smith’s last day at Texas Ortho & Pain Center is Monday, January 6, 2025.  Dr. Smith will continue to be able to provide patient care at The Painsmith, PLLC.  Should you need a copy of your medical records, please let our receptionist know or email navigator@thetopcenter.com.  Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another doctor or released to you or another person you designate only through your permission.
